Most anesthesia machines stop at the door of the MRI suite. Every Mallard comes in a fully pneumatic version with no electronics and no ferrous metal. It goes right into the room, stays close to your patient, and breathes for them through the entire scan. Tested at 3 Tesla.

Founded in 1985 by ventilation pioneer Bob Pearson, Mallard is a small California team that builds one thing exceptionally well. Every machine is assembled and tested by hand in Redding — and backed by the people who built it, for as long as you own it. It's how our ventilators came to breathe for over a million horses, and to be taught in nearly every major U.S. vet school.
